When multiple teammates collect data on the same project, organizing and combining surveys can be a headache — unless you're using Ecobot's built-in tools. Now you can transfer ownership, merge survey data, and even force check-in directly from Ecobot Manager — no downloads or manual file juggling required.
What You Can Do with Surveys in Ecobot
- Transfer Surveys
Move a survey from one team member to another in just a few clicks — perfect for handing off work or reassigning responsibility. Just pick the survey, choose the teammate you want to transfer it to, and confirm. The transferred survey will now appear in their account and app once they sync. - Merge Surveys
Have separate surveys with overlapping data from different users? You can now combine them into one inside Manager. This keeps your project tidy and saves you from manually merging files later. Just select the surveys you want to merge and choose the one name you want to keep — all the data stays intact. - Force Check-In
If someone forgets to check a survey back in after fieldwork, you can now force check it in from Manager so others can continue working. Just type “Check-in” to confirm and the survey becomes available again.
