Ecobot is located in downtown Asheville, NC, nestled in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. The downtown and surrounding areas provide super easy, walkable/bikeable access to world-class restaurants, breweries, and a thriving music and arts community. When we're not working or spending time with friends around town, you'll likely find us just outside of downtown where you'll find amazing access to a wide range of outdoor activities: hiking/backpacking, rock climbing, kayaking/canoeing, skiing, and more.

Business Development Representative (BDR)

The candidate will be responsible for filling the top of the sales funnel: researching potential inbound and outbound qualified leads and determine if there’s a fit with Ecobot’s offering, then categorize, organize and pass qualified leads to the BDR team lead. This is a creative position where you will be brainstorming new ideas for lead development and outreach.

Only candidates with specific B2B SaaS sales experience and a top performer at a tech startup will be considered for this position. We’re not looking for transferrable skills, we’re looking for specific work experience.

Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate that they are passionate about learning and honing their craft; they’ll have a clear understanding of inbound sales approaches and how to grow a book of business. Experience selling into the civil engineering, construction or environmental services industry is a plus; expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS is essential.
